approach of innovative, value added support
can create just the result our clients require.
We feel that strategies work when they are
owned rather than bought, therefore we Focus
on developing strategies with clients rather
than for clients. With this in mind our key
function is to create an approach, which engages
the people and involves them, rather than
a traditional consultancy approach of doing
it for them.
As with most of our work we utilise our RD3
approach. This enables us to build on the
relationship we have to offer a solution that
is both value adding and effective.
Our key areas of work are developing the organisation,
helping create high performance teams, creating
a vision, culture change, values and corporate
culture. These are not the only areas of work
we undertake but they do provide the bulk
of our work.
When we talk about some of these jargon phrases
we try to interpret them in a realistic way,
vision for us is the simple concept of where
does the business want to be or need to be?
Then how will it get there and what does it
need to do to make it happen?
We try wherever possible to use clean models
and processes, which our client can maintain
after the event, we call this building interdependence
rather than dependence. We don’t want our
clients to need us; we want them to want us.
