Support Package
The approach we have with our clients, offers
a “Total Support Package”. Rather than just
delivering the training sessions, we work
with clients pre, during & post programme.
Providing support to the organisation at all
times.
Before the programme starts, we work with
you to gain an understanding of how your organisation
works, the culture and the language that you
use (see RD3). This allows us to brand the
training to your organisation, providing you
with a completely bespoke package.
During and after the programme, our “Total
Support Package” offers complete project management,
ongoing client support throughout the programme
including telephone line to the delegates
trainer, mentor support and access via email
as required by delegates.
Our unique approach to support, allows delegates
to phone at any point during and after the
course for support.
